Egypt Implements New Customs Requirements for Exports via NAFEZA Platform
What Happened?
CMA CGM advises on new Egyptian customs requirements for all export shipments, effective July 17, 2026. Exporters must obtain a 19-digit Unique Consignment Reference (UCR) number via the NAFEZA platform before booking. Failure to provide a valid UCR will result in shipment delays or cancellation.
