CMA CGM Implements New FAK Rates for Dry Cargo from Indian Subcontinent to Europe/Africa
What Happened?
CMA CGM has announced new Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates for dry cargo, effective from August 1, 2026. The rates apply to shipments from North West India, South East India, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan to destinations in North Europe, the Mediterranean, and North Africa. The new rates are set at USD 6,500 per 20' and 40' container for North Europe and the Mediterranean, and USD 7,500 per 20' and 40' for North Africa.
