CMA CGM Implements New Peak Season Surcharges on Key Global Trades

CMA CGM has announced a series of new and updated Peak Season Surcharges (PSS) taking effect between 21 September and 15 October, increasing costs for shippers on major trade lanes. These financial measures impact cargo moving from Asia to Africa and Mauritius, from Europe to West Africa and the US, and from South America to Europe and the Middle East. The surcharges apply to various cargo types, including dry, reefer, and special equipment, under short-term contracts.
