CMA CGM Implements Rate Restoration Initiative for Dry Cargo from Canada West Coast
What Happened?
CMA CGM has announced a Rate Restoration Initiative (RRI02) effective August 30th, 2026, for dry cargo. For shipments from Canada's West Coast to the Indian Subcontinent, rates will increase by USD 150 per 20' and USD 300 per 40'/45'. Additionally, rates to the Middle East Gulf and Red Sea will rise by USD 300 per 20' and USD 600 per 40'/45'.
