Dole Ocean Cargo Express is increasing its United States Terminal Handling Surcharge, raising costs for shippers on specific trade lanes. Effective 25 October 2026, the carrier will add US$35 per container for cargo moving through select US ports, as well as between Canada and Wilmington, Delaware. The financial impact will be felt across both service contract and tariff shipments.
