What Happened?
Hapag-Lloyd has announced a Freight All Kinds (FAK) ocean tariff rate increase for cargo transported from the Far East to several European regions. Effective for sailings on or after 19 October 2026, the new rates apply to standard dry containers and include the Marine Fuel Recovery charge.
