Hapag-Lloyd Revises India Gulf Service 1 (IG1) Rotation After Temporary Suspension
What Happened?
Hapag-Lloyd has announced a revised rotation for its India Gulf Service 1 (IG1), following a temporary suspension on March 6, 2026, as part of ongoing network adjustments in the Middle East region. The new port rotation for the India-Middle East Gulf trade will be Kandla, IN → Nhava Sheva, IN → Karachi, PK → Khorfakkan, UAE → Sohar, OM → Kandla, IN. The first vessel to operate this revamped service will be the Lisbon Express.
