Maersk Advises Shippers on Transition to New UK Trader Support Service Portal
What Happened?
Maersk has notified customers that cargo movements between Great Britain and Northern Ireland must now be declared via the newly launched UK Trader Support Service platform. The legacy filing portal has stopped accepting new submissions and will officially shut down after 30 November 2026. Shippers and forwarders must transition promptly and clear any outstanding Supplementary Declarations to prevent customs clearance delays.
