Maersk has announced new and revised Peak Season Surcharges (PSS) that will increase shipping costs on multiple trade lanes starting in October and November 2026. The surcharges will affect non-SPOT shipments from Asia to Kenya and Oceania, as well as from the Indian Subcontinent and Middle East to North America. These measures will directly impact shipper and forwarder expenses based on the Price Calculation Date (PCD).
