Hapag-Lloyd Announces New and Updated Peak Season Surcharges on Key Trade Lanes
What Happened?
Hapag-Lloyd is implementing new and updated Peak Season Surcharges (PSS) on two distinct trade lanes. An updated PSS will apply to cargo from Asia and Oceania to Conakry, Guinea, effective August 12, 2026. Additionally, a new PSS will be levied on shipments from North Europe to Mexico starting September 1, 2026.
